Shipment processing time

All orders are made within 5-10 business days. Each cross is handmade one at a time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of receiving your tracking confirmation email.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We try as hard as we can to package our products the best and safest way possible. However, accidents happen. If your order shows up damaged, please contact us to assess the damage and discuss the next steps. We will work with you and the shipping company to find the best possible resolution.
